Keynote Speaker 1:

 Prof. İsmail Rakıp Karaș, Karabuk University, Turkey

Bio: Ismail Rakip Karas is a Professor of Computer Engineering Department and Head of 3D-GeoInformatics Research  Group at Karabuk University, Turkey. He received his BSc degree from Selcuk University, MSc degree from Gebze Institute of  Technology, and PhD degree from GIS and Remote Sensing program of Yildiz Technical University, in 1997, 2001 and 2007  respectively. In 2002, he involved in a GIS project at Forest Engineering Department, Oregon State University, USA. During the  various periods of 2010, 2011, and 2014, he was a Visiting Researcher in 3D GIS Research Lab, Faculty of Geoinformation Science and Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Between 2000-2009, he was a Research Assistant at Geographic Information Systems Lab of Geomatics Engineering Department of Gebze Institute of Technology. Since 2009, he has been in Karabuk University and taught undergraduate and graduate classes in Geoinformation and Computer Sciences.


Keynote Speaker 2:
Prof. Lingfeng Shi, Xidian University, China

Bio: Ling-Feng Shi (M’18-SM’19) received the B. S. degree in electronic engineering from Jiliang University of China, Hangzhou, China, in 1995 and both the M. S. degree and Ph. D in electronic engineering from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2003 and 2008 respectively. He is a professor as the School of Electronical Engineering, Xidian University, China. He is currently engaged in research on navigation and position, wireless communication, high-speed circuit design, power electronic system design, electronic system integrated design, and signal integrity analysis. He has authored more than 100 journal papers (including 30 in IEEE) and 20 international conference papers, 19 national authorized invention patents, 1 authorized utility model, 6 national invention patents applied, 2 invention patents transferred. He has 2 textbooks and 1 academic work in English. He has won 2 second prize of provincial and ministerial science and technology progress award and 1 Outstanding teacher award in Xidian University.

Keynote Speaker 3:

Prof.Xiaodong Liu, Edinburgh Napier University, UK
Bio: Prof Xiaodong Liu has been very active in the research in AI-driven software engineering, focusing on pervasive systems (Internet of Things), service-oriented architecture, evolution of cloud services, and intelligence-driven smart systems. He has won 15 external grants and successfully led or leading these externally funded projects with the role of principal investigator with a total value of over 2 million GBPs to his university. Currently Prof Liu leads the Intelligence-Driven Software Engineering Research Group. He is the founder a spin out company, FlexiCAGE Ltd. He has published 180 papers in refereed international journals and conferences and 5 book chapters. He is the inventor of 1 patent in Generative Component Adaptation registered in UK,USA and at International Level (PCT). He has been the chair, co-chair or PC member of a number of IEEE and ACM International Conferences. He is the associate editor of 2 international journals and the editorial board member of 3 international journals. He is the guest editor of 5 journal special issues, and the chief editor of 3 IGI Global Research Handbooks. He is the regular reviewer of other 6 international journals. He is a senior member of IEEE Computer Society, and a member of British Computer Society.

Keynote Speaker 4:

Prof. Jianjun Yao, Harbin Engineering University, China

Bio: Yao Jianjun is a professor and Doctoral supervisor in the field of Mechanical Engineering at Harbin Engineering University. He is a senior member of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering and the Chinese Society of Vibration Engineering. He has been selected for talent support programs such as the " Heilongjiang Province High level Talent Plan", Ningbo "Yongjiang Scholars", Yancheng "Yellow Sea Pearl Talent Program" Leading Talents ", and Harbin Engineering University" Youth Academic Backbone Support Program ", has received 1 second prize (1st place) of Heilongjiang Provincial Science and Technology Award and 1 first prize (1st place) of Heilongjiang Provincial National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award, and has published over 90 academic papers in domestic and international academic journals and conferences such as IEEE and Journal of Mechanical Engineering, obtained nearly 30 authorized invention patents, independently authored 1 book, co-authored 2 books, and translated 2 books
